I began working with Coach Charis in Spring 2018 and since then she has solidified herself as one of the most impactful coaches that I’ve worked with in my eight-plus year fitness journey. Prior to meeting Charis, I suffered from multiple recurring injuries and tweaks. I endured chronic shoulder pain in nearly all pressing movements and I was rarely able to squat or deadlift for six continuous months without significant pain in my lower back that caused me to stop training to heal. Over time, my strength plateaued as I jumped back and forth between slight progress and regression due to re-injury.

What do I need for the program?

I strongly recommend barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bands, but all workouts can easily be adapted to some kind of weights ranging from light to heavy and bands.

How long does the program last?

As long as you have a current membership, then you have access to the program forever or for however long you want to. Workouts change every month.

Do I need a gym membership?

You do not need a gym membership but I strongly recommend barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bands, but all workouts can easily be adapted to some kind of weights ranging from light to heavy and bands.

How long are the workouts?

All workouts are 60 minutes.

What if I can't do a certain workout?

You are welcome to modify exercises, but understand that this might affect your results. If you are modifying due to pain, it’s highly recommended that you select an option where Charis can assist you with form.

How will I get access to the workouts?

As soon as you sign up and pay you will have access to the membership portal where the warmup and all workouts will be available.

The membership portal can be access on a computer or your phone or ipad.

Will I be automatically charged every month?

When you sign up for the monthly membership you are agreeing to the recurring monthly payment of $30. You can cancel at anytime by visiting “my account.”

We’ll start with bodyweight or light banded movements and work up to kettlebells. These drills will be incorporated into your warmup routine and should only take 10-15 minutes tops. Regardless of your experience level with weights, you’ll be able to incorporate these corrective movements right away and you’ll be stronger than ever.
